A Spice obtained from the inner bark of Cinnamomum trees and is used in both sweet and savory food. Ceylon Cinnamon Also Known as 'True' Cinnamon is the Purest and Original Cinnamon. It offers numerous health benefits to those who consume it. The most important difference between Ceylon Cinnamon & Cassia is that Cassia has high levels of coumarin, which is toxic to the liver.
